Jimmy is our lead Dodo and has been making various flavors of hot sauce for more than 10 years. A self-trained cook and passionate foodie, he spent years perfecting his flagship hot sauce: the Mango Peach Habanero. Through years of trial and error, and endless taste tests on friends and family, Jimmy achieved the sauce he had been searching for. 

When he first met his co-Dodo, Nicole and her husband, Joe, they immediately bonded over their shared obsession with cooking and entertaining. Nicole, a Le Cordon Bleu trained former Personal Chef, and Jimmy soon forged an unbreakable friendship, and Dodo Sauce LLC was born. 

So now here we are, launching a new line of locally made, vegan hot sauce to share with our family, friends, and foodie community. With fresh ingredients and a great balance of flavor, Dodo Sauce is a little bit of love that’s sweet with some heat, just as it should be.
